Science, Discovery & Shopping!
PaleoFest 2026 brings the excitement of paleontology to life with world-class scientists, fossil prep demonstrations, hands-on activities, and—for the first time ever—a vibrant Vendor Marketplace. Explore tables filled with fossils, minerals, books, art, jewelry, and science-inspired gifts while connecting with experts and makers from across the country.
Three Days of Fossils and Fun
Spend the weekend diving into ancient worlds with lectures, workshops, and family-friendly programs. Between sessions, shop the new marketplace and discover one-of-a-kind treasures to take home.
Products that do not represent Natural History will not be approved for vendor space. NOTE: Selling or buying vertebrate fossils that have been illegally collected from public land is also illegal. This event will feature paleontologists from across the world, members of the BLM, and other government agencies. If you would like to sell replicas of fossils that is fantastic. Selling any of vertebrate fossils requires PRE APPROVAL from Burpee Museum and appropriate permits. Burpee Museum reserves the right to prohibit the sale of vertebrate fossils during this event.
