Adventure is Everywhere...and we're taking you on ours!
Each class is a new adventure traveling back in time or in Burpeeās backyard! KidVentures (ages 3-6) and Explorers (ages 7+) are one-day classes that pack a punch of learning and fun.

KidVentures classes run at the same time slot as Explorer classes.

Cost: $12 for Members, $14 for Nonmembers
**All unaccompanied children need to be bathroom trained. If your child is not, please plan to attend the class with your child*

The World of Extremophiles

There are some living organisms on Earth that can live and survive in some pretty extreme conditions; the heat of a volcanic vent or the frozen landscape of Antarctica. Learn how other creatures can help human engineers!

The Engineering of Plants
March 18th
Plants come in many different shapes and sizes, and live in a lot of different environments. Some have flowers, others have thorns, some we keep in our homes and others provide us and animals with food. Learn about life cycles and photosynthesis!

The Engineering Process: Egg Drop
April 15th
Before new cars or new buildings are built, engineers have the task of drawing up designs, creating models and testing those models to make sure they work. Design, build, and test ways to keep eggs safe as you drop them from great heights!
